Meet B.H.B.C's founders! Growing up in the Pacific Northwest there wasn't a lot of barbecue action outside of dear old dad firing up the grill for a Sunday barbecue. While we treasured these memories and meals, smokers and barbecue pits were things of legends and the South. We eventually were fortunate enough to meet beloved friends who changed our world, and the way we viewed barbecue. We instantly were turned on to the idea of adding more layers of flavor and more depth in texture. Since that time, we have embarked on an adventure and labored to find the right combination of smoke, meatiness, and seasoning. Our perspective on barbecue may have changed, but our attitudes about Sunday barbecues hasn't. We value our family and believe that meals are truly better when they are shared with those that we love.
