Chipotle infused cream sauce slathered over dark meat

Pork shoulder marinated in fresh tomatillos, citrus, and herbs then roasted with onions and aromatics

Shredded Beef or Chicken​

Slowly smoked and perfectly seasoned. Served with red or green red sauce on the side with your designated level of spice

Tri-tip that has been smoked with spices that are mild, exciting the most mild of tastebuds.
